Payment Terms:
Payment of RM1,500.00 is due upon agreement and must be completed before the promotional services commence.

Service Inclusions:

1. Listing in the digital directory book
2. Promotion on Geochitra’s website and social media channels
3. A 15-20 minute presentation slot during the conference
4. Your logo display as our contributor
5. Meal and conference pack for one person

Accuracy of Information:
The company is responsible for ensuring all provided information is accurate. Any false or misleading information may result in termination of the agreement without refund.

Refund Policy:
Payments are non-refundable once the promotional services have begun.

Modification of Services:
Geochitra reserves the right to modify the promotional services offered without prior notice. However, any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

Termination Clause:
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days. In the event of termination by the company, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

Liability Limitation:
Geochitra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
