Presentation Template

To ensure a consistent and professional presentation style, we have prepared an official PowerPoint template for all presenters. This template includes the conference logo, color scheme, and suggested slide layouts, helping to align your presentation with the conference’s branding.

How to Download:

  1. Download the Template:
    • Click on the “Download PowerPoint Template” link to get the file.
    • The template is available in both 16:9 aspect ratios to suit your presentation needs.
  2. Customize Your Presentation:
    • Use the template to create your slides. We recommend keeping the default font styles and colors to maintain consistency across all presentations.

Additional Tips:

  • Ensure your presentation is within the allocated time.
  • Practice your presentation with the template to get comfortable with the flow and layout.
  • Save your final presentation as a PDF to avoid formatting issues when presenting on different devices.

Submission Guideline

•⁠  ⁠Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers with minimum of 8 pages and maximum 12 pages (8 – 12 pages only) in the form of Microsoft Word file to the conference electronically through this system.

•⁠  ⁠All papers submitted must follow the specific template.

•⁠  ⁠Each paper must be original and unpublished work, has not been submitted for other publication elsewhere.

•⁠  ⁠A blind peer review process will be used to evaluate all papers submitted for consideration.

•⁠  ⁠If a paper is accepted, at least one author needs to register and present the paper.

Paper Publication

Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers of GEOCHITRA 2024 will be published in Scopus index publication.

Please download the paper template (Microsoft Word Template) to prepare your full paper. Note that authors are required to include plagiarism report together with the full paper submission.
